Shipping & Returns
We work hard to ensure you're 100% satisfied with your product and the level of service you receive.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. All claims must first be submitted to us at info@spacefrenz.com so we can confirm eligibility and the correct return address.
If you had an error on the order details, entered when placing the order, we don't accept returns for customer error, or for wrong size ordered, or customer oversight, or partial returns.
We don't offer refunds if a customer enters an incomplete or incorrect shipping address. Instead we will offer to re ship the order once returned to us.
